3rd december meeting of OC's

It has come to my attention that such a meeting, though inevitable, has been long postponed. It is also duelly noted that some members are not happy with the services provided on this humble site. Firstly, i would like a message for any guests who may want to join the site (Members move past the Guest's note for the meeting first comments):

Before joining:
-Make sure you have a clear understanding of the history of the Outcasts before joining, this may avoid confusion in your later role playing experiance. Here is the link to the longer version of the history: The history of the Outcast warriors.

-Make sure that you have a full understanding of the current larger plot which can be found here

-If you join and suddenly change your mind, no longer wishing to be on the site. Please DELETE your account before moving along. This means Myself and the two other lovely Admins do not have to delete many dumped accounts. You made the time to make it, so make the time by going on your profile to delete it.
If you are deleting because you need help or are confused PLEASE contact myself, Longstorm, NKninja or any of our other members.

-Please read and fully understand ALL of the rules set for this RPG site and help make it a better and kinder community to be in. Bullying will not be tolerated and instant account deletion can be a consequence of such an obnoxiousness behavior.

-DO NOT by any circumstance make an account just to advertise. You must be a member with frequent posting for at least a month to advertise and even then you must ask Admin Permission before Advertising.

The rest should be just about common sense, you need common sense to join this site. This is a darker site and death, gore, blood and explicit scenes will be expected. Though we do have fun and love moments, just no while a psychopathic cat is about to destroy the forests.

After that note, to all of you I would like to sincerely apologize. I myself have not been overly active and in that my only excuse is that I have placed my job and school life above Outcasts. I myself believe that activity on Outcast for you guys is purely of your own choice though I understand that Admins have a different role.
I am now in good health, scrape mild exhaustion, and from now on will make sure that if I am to leave for any time at all I will announce it in the off-topic. If you guys do not hear from me for some unexplained reason then you can assume the worst. Longstorm then is my 'heir' and the Outcast becomes hers.
Nkninja will stay as Admin and the rest is up to the two. Though I myself am not planning on going anywhere soon and living long and healthy would suit me well.

Getting on. I know that my services have been failing and this meeting is for all members to come and help freshen up this site. I also came to find a lot of people have lost their cats. What I would like you all to do (this is not an option) List All your cats. Here is the allegiances link: Allegiance of the Outcasts.

With every cat:
-provide name, occupation, gender, small description of what they look like, where they currently are (post link or a simple description). Example.

If you can see your cat in the allegiance, you RPG him/her regularly and know the current location of this cat then you may not list him. This is for users with more then ten cats.
If you have any question about your cat; about its location or current relation to the plot then post it under the cat and either bracket the question or highlight it in red using the tabs in the reply box.
If you cannot see your cat in the allegiance then please comment.
The adoption house is currently not accepting unless the cat has a highly important role then you may ask for any unwanted cats to be deleted. If another user opts to take over the cat before I delete it then that is fair play.
Please list all your rpg cats, if over ten and in allegiance then just put their name and whereabouts.
All questions will be answered.

After the cats we will discuss certain areas of the Site that are no longer used.

Swiftwind, black long-legged tom with green eyes - his chest and half of his face are white

Sunshift, golden tabby tom with proud golden eyes

Strikefast, grey and white she-cat with three white paws and amber eyes

Hailkit, Blue eyed tom with grey fur and lighter white flecks.

He is in the Air-strip in the village of Bree, with the other questers)
Sinewpaw, black tom with white paws and Icy blue eyes like his mother, Lokistar.

Dewclan

Sparrowhawk, brown tabby tom with yellow eyes- currently leading Fenrir, the wolf, to help in the battle of the Mudbloods, he will not be rpg or seen until the final battle

Whitehare, white she-cat with yellow eyes- in abbysclan camp

Maplejay, gold calico she-cat with blue eyes

Pinefeather, large-built, coon tom-cat with bark brown tabby pelt, white chest, muzzle and underbelly with green eyes. both MJ and PF are in Dewclan camp.

Creekheart, long-haired grey tabby tom- with Daystar, needs to be confirmed.

Mudbloodclan
All the Mudbloodclan are in Tawneyclan, this does not include the five NPC at the original base which were only used to excite a topic.

Blaze, ginger tom with a green eye, the left side of his face has been mutilated. -Blaz is escaping with Yami his friend Trench died in battle.

Abyssclan

All taunting Whitehare in Abbysclan:
Bark, brindle tom with dark blue eyes,
Torn, dark brown tom with yellow eyes,
Fresh, black and white tom with blue eyes,
Thistle, white tom with blue eyes

With the Powerfuls I think:

I haven't been not-RPing...my poor excuse is that I've been updating and expanding and organizing the medicinal herb topic...

Here's some thoughts of mine on the RPing:
We remove the Wolves, the Deer, the Foxians, the Rats, the Tribes.
Not forever, mind you. But when we have enough people asking about it, then we'd bring it back.
We wouldn't have to delete the boards dedicated to those things, just hide them from anyone who isn't an Admin (when I say 'hide' I just mean ghost them. They'd be there, but not there.)

Getting onto the real topic here!

I'm in a rush (that seems to be my tune these days), but here's some of my cats:

AbyssClan

Cunningheart - Warrior - (female, large, white, black spots on legs) - heading into the Mender's den to help out.
Tigerfrost - Warrior - (male, large and fluffy, grey eyes, pale-tigerish markings) - helping in Mender's den.
Bitter -Mender - (male, moderately sized, I never write his description so I'll have to edit this post) - in Mender's den, hating Tigerfrost.
Terra - Foster Mother - (female, tuxedo markings - black/white - goldish greenish eyes, sleek) - making a nest in the Nursery.
Hopeless - Ex-Servant - (female, black and white, thin and tall) - in the Servant's den.
Paleclaw - Warrior - (male, sleek, beige fur and pale eyes and pale claws) - looking for Snarlgag and Terra so they can go to CityClan.

Okay.. That is a great idea! We do need more cats then animals anyways..

Also.. What would be about the Pseudo clans, excluding Mudblood and Abyssclan. Roseclan, Coreclan, and Searclan. Since there are only 3-5 cats in each of those 3 clans. Could by chance all the three join together, permanently? I have a feeling that it'll be easier then having separate inactivity, not to mention that the three leaders of those clans could have separate responsibilities, but still have the same ranking.. Like hunting, Defense and Offense for example, or something along those lines.

I should check with BP and UF about that though, even though I feel I won't get a response from one of the two.

I agree with everything as much as I love the site I haven't been rping. I have no excuse though if the three psuedo clans come together the leaders should get proper leader names.

I'm going to start working on removing certain boards and RP-able animals. Well, not really removing, just "hiding" until they're wanted/tolerable once more.
I'll keep everyone updated, and I'll try to make a new newsletter soon.
If anyone disagrees with the boards and animals I remove, PM me and we'll all discuss it in a topic.

Got it! A new Newsletter is really needed, as well as a sweep-up of charies, good thinking.

Now BP. I don't know about proper leader names at that. That would mean that our cats would have to support Starclan.. (Saying that there are three leaders, We wouldn't want them overpowered and all having nine lives.) I think Starclan would disapprove with there being three leaders in a group anyways, so that's a problem as well.

Well, the Clan could always come up with their own set of rules (pardon my intrude on your conversation) seeing as it's not an unnatural thing to do in the world of Warriors.
Anyone and thing can be a Clan - maybe even a Main Clan, if things were to go a certain way in the RP world - without StarClan.
Hmm...Yes, that makes sense. AbyssClan was a Main Clan even though they followed Those Above the whole time. They simply chose to withdraw from 'forest Clan' dealings.
Sooooo, again, maybe the combined three Clans could join Main Clan dealings. Or maybe not. Let's see what happens.

Well, Not all of them have to have 9 lives... Why not split them into 3? Each leader will have three, adding up to nine.. And not that overpowered if you think about it.

Just the thought of having the trio of leaders all having only 3.. Adding all three up being 9. And now that I think about it. What if they had to do this due to the clans having very small death rates? Less lives and kin could leave forceful to less lives.

I know Dewclan and Tawnyclan are heading to moonfall. And Darkclan should be separating to the other clans near Bloodstone, so I'd assume that some of Tawnyclan, saying that they would keep watch while Ezziesong is gaining her nine lives, would meet up with Darkclan unintentionally. That'll keep the Darkclan cats from getting into a fight with Mudbloods. Good thought there Loki.
