Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Goldpaw let out a confident snarl as he saw an opening - and he took it.
While Yoki taking the middle ground Goldpaw leaped slightly higher, looking to either cripple the tom or kill him by biting his spine.
Redstar felt a jolt of pride for their neighboring Clan, admittedly, when he heard how few cats had returned from an unholy attack - but he also felt deep sadness at the news of Lokistar's death (the only she-cat leader at the time). Redstar had told Ezziesong (she will be leader now, if she is not dead - maybe they made it to the river?) that Darkclan would come to Tawnyclan's assistance for their wounded - but it all seemed so far away now.
She was a great leader. That was all the mourning he could have, a brief thought in his head and a glance towards the eerily illuminated Tawnyclan forest before he had to respond to 'Follower of the Lord's' offer.
The red tom's eyes narrowed.
"You would simply turn against us - lowly rogues have no honor nor vows." Spoken like a true, paranoid Darkclanner.

OOC: Permission to play Limitpaw?
Rainfoot, who'd been helping whoever needed it, spotted the two intruders bearing down on Hollowstripe and, with a snarl, launched himself at top speed to the one nearest, jaw wide open for snapping and tearing.

Claws snarled in frustration as he realized how one-sided this fight was. He wasn't swift, he was brute strength.
He snarled in dismay.
Frost gave a howl of rage; "Lowly rogues!? No honor!?No vows!?" He spat, "You'll swallow your words like the forester scum!"
He leaped forward, claws unsheafed and fangs bared.
Yoki rolled over as quick as he could and left with a nasty gash across his shoulder, though he stumbled and fell backwards and down the mountain side.
Snip cried out and jumped forward to give the golden tom something to remember.
A warrior known as Solo was almost forced on impact of the rock face and turned to scratch Rainfoot's eyes after stopping himself from falling.
The other; Brette, lunged at Hollowstripe.
He snarled in dismay.

Smokepelt hissed, "Just give in and I'll say you won," his voice was freaky when he talked while hissing.
Lightningpelt's tail lashed once, twice, three times and she turned to run up the mountainside, a grand plan forming in her mind as she turned to the right sharply, jumped atop a ledge, and jumped back down towards Yomi, claws stretched towards him.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Goldpaw let out a yowl of satisfaction as he saw his enemy go rolling down the mountainside but snarled in anger as he was nearly intercepted from the side AGAIN - but this time Goldpaw saw the flash of movement from the corner of his eye and was more prepared the time, turning to move with the impact, lunging forward to bite the time as they went back.
Redstar leaped forward to meet his opponent, claws unsheathed and fangs bared as well, looking to get close and personal and to sink both clawed-paws into the tom's shoulders.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Yomi watched and suddenly comprehension dawned on his stupid face and he slithered forward in time and whirl winded around- claws outstretched.
Claws hissed indifferently, "Why not change partners?" He looked side ways at Snip, who gave such a slight nod o' the head it was barely visible.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Lightingpelt snarled as she felt claws score her entire right side and she flipped, landing awkwardly and spraining her left back leg. She snarled defiantly, lashing out even though she had no footing.
OOC: I don't think I want her to die... She's cool.
Smokepelt snarled, angered by the flightiness of his opponent. "Coward," he taunted, "Face me with courage or do not face me at all!"

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Hollowstripe just barely missed Brette's attack, getting another partly deep wound in her shoulder. She maintained her balance and attempted to bite into Berette's tail.
From afar, multiple paw steps could be heard, bringing the small scent of Mudblood with it, the scent was hid by the large amount of smoke.

Claws smiled, "I'm not a coward, just trying to do you a favor," and with that he lunged forwards.
Yomi snarled furiously. and batted out in frustration.
Flames began to grow larger, swallowing shrub as it went by, the clouds twisted and turned darkly in the sky.
Frost jumped away from the red tom and smiled as his underling came his way. He batted out, trying for distance then snapped, "What of it?"
"They'v found the camp area and are preparing for assault."
Frost turned dramatically to Redstar and mewed, "How's that? You could have stopped this, I pity you, I really do..."
He paused and laughed, "Tell them to slaughter a destroy as they wish, we have a couple of shifts left until this is over for a bit a' fun."
She turned and unwillingly dashed off.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Redstar's ears flattened fully to his head, looking earless. "They will fight to the death, and they will die with honor - more than I can say for you!" He had spoken calmly until the final word, at which he jumped at General Frost, knowing the warrior code no longer applied.
Darkclan, my lives are yours - Starclan help me.
Goldpaw had taken a step back then threw himself at Snip, still not knowing of what was occurring at home.
"Starclan, send the rain!" He called to the skies as he knew the fires were growing.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Snip was now indeed a tedious enemy. He was swift and not so as bulky as the others. He quietly dodged Goldpaw.
Frost gave a low cry of shock and turned to cuff the red tom angrily.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Smokepelt snarled as he jumped forward at the same time - if they collided in the wrong fashion, they'd go careening into a burning bush.
Lightningpelt winced every time she shifted back to dodge a hit - she hoped her leg wouldn't be permanently damaged and it wasn't like they had a Healer on paw to help.
"Come on," she rowred, pushing forward with a flurry of claws.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Yomi snarled in contempt and stepped back to rear up and catch her while he had the chance but in his unforune his tail had set alight, as did his body. He screeched in pain and ran forward into Lighteningpelt; eyes rolling with pain.
Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Lightingpelt screamed in pain as the burning fur collided with her face and chest. She dropped and rolled away from the frantic cat (even if it was a bit too late), her vision practically gone.
"Smo.. SMOKEPELT!!!" She shrieked as she just lay there, her eyes wide open - but she couldn't see anything.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Yomi galloped blindly down the track, causing a fuss and flying towards frost who screamed and dodged to let another of his platoon tumble down the mountain side.
Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Redstar snorted as yet another Mudblood fled, looking while recovering from the good cuff to the ears. His head snapped to look at Frost again, gnashing his teeth together fiercely. While the intruder was screaming, he rushed him again - "Let's follow him," he snarled - they were going to go down the mountainside.
Goldpaw spat at Snip, clawing the ground and growling low in his throat.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Goldpaw lunged at Snip - but it was a feint and he bounced to the side, lashing out at the enemy's flank - right after that, he just saw Redstar vanishing down the mountainside with the leader of these enemy cats. "REDSTAR!!!"

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Snip with a nasty cut down his side turned to bite the back leg of smokepelt.
Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Smokepelt was relieved that he hadn't gone into the fire - but was distracted and horrified when he heard his sister scream. Lightningpelt doesn't scream! Never in a million seasons! Something's gone wrong!
This was why Snip was able to sink his teeth into the gray warrior's leg - the tom yowled in anger as he whirled around to bite the cat's ears off.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Snip let our s roar of pain as his left ear was torn from his scalp, however he kept a firm hold even pressing his fangs in deeper. You can scratch my eyes out if you will, but I'm no push over; I won't let go.
Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Becoming desperate, Smokepelt sunk his fangs into the tom's shoulder blade - the difference here? He pulled.
He wanted to tear the muscle right out of this cat's body, and by Starclan he would!

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Rainfoot was using his size against Solo, blinking as blood was still pouring from a deep scratch over his left eye, courtesy of his current opponent. Being light on his feet, just as he had been taught, the large tom was able to dance nearly as well as Lightningpelt on a bad day (which was saying something), feinting and snapping , lashing out a clawed paw whenever he could - I must gain ground - and help Smokepelt, he saw the gray warrior trapped in a mutual death lock.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Snip thought for a moment and thought this tactic was clever enough for him to copy it, and he shook his head violently.
Solo looked confusedly at the tom with fangs bared trying to get good footing pass a blow but was being beat up worse off.

Re: Heatwave, Wildfire of Mudbloodclan
Rainfoot reared up and brought down two over-sized (it seemed from an downwards view) paws down heavily, hoping to daze the enemy or send him running.
