Where Do You Want To Be?

Hello everyone! It's been some time since we have had a proper newsletter, but here we are.

The Site Story

When we last left off, the final battle between the cats of the Clans and the enemy known as MudbloodClan had begun at the Bloodstones.
There are three important facts to know, and adjoining topics that you can read for them.

The final battle topic began in the early, dark rainy morning after MudbloodClan spent the previous night coming from all directions to surround the Clans, cutting off all escape routes. The very few able-bodied Clan cats emerged from the Moonfall and went up onto the Bloodstones to confront Falsecall and his three hundred troops. Falsecall gave the Clans a choice: join him or die. Some cats chose to join the Mudbloods. But the choice was revealed to be a trap, and all of the cats who defected were slain by the Mudbloods. Following a brief speech, MudbloodClan launched its attack, forcing the cats of the Clans back up onto the red rocks of the Bloodstones. They are still holding that position, but they are greatly outnumbered.
There is an additional topic taking place at the same time within the Moonfall. This topic is for the cats of the Clans that are too young, old, weak, or wounded to fight. Every cat within the Moonfall is slated to die. That was a choice made by roleplayers, and there is no way around it. The cats there have no way out, and cats of MudbloodClan will soon find their way in and slay everyone inside.
Finally, the night before the battle DarkClan retreated to their mountain territories, effectively abandoning the remaining Clans of DewClan, TawnyClan, RoseClan, SearClan, and CoreClan to their terrible fate. With them they took a TawnyClan queen and her kits, but no others would go with them. DarkClan chose this path when they realized that they would be better suited fighting MudbloodClan on their home turf. The entirety of DarkClan is waiting for the cats of MudbloodClan to venture into DarkClan territory and trigger the numerous fatal traps they have left for them.

When the topic of the Final Battle ends there will be a two month time skip. A time skip is when we advance the story and its characters a certain amount of time forward without actually roleplaying the events we say happened in that time, and simply go on as though we did.
This time skip will bring us back to a place where no one will be bound by a ___ site-wide plot, and free roleplaying will be back to normal.
The question "Where Do You Want To Be?" means, where do you want your character to be two months after the battle.
There will be updates from the roleplayers of the present Clan leaders (or those that will be alive after the battle) of a general summary of where their Clans will be in two months time, what will have happened, what may have changed, and what will be happening at this two-month point.
What we know right now is that the new Clan, MoonClan, will have chosen their new territory - or a temporary one - at this point.
AbyssClan and CityClan will have become allies in a way they have not been for generations. And CityClan will have been reverted to a NPC Clan (meaning it will be roleplayed like a book being written by a single person, and no new characters will be played by other roleplayers for the Clan) for the time being.

Think about where you want your characters to be in two months. Will they be alive? Dead? Happy? Sad? Have a mate? Be a warrior? Have an apprentice? How old will they be? Will their appearance have changed at all? Will they be living somewhere new? How will their personality have changed? What new things have they learned?

Where We Want To Be

I, personally, speaking not only as a mysterious administrator, but also as a roleplayer who has spent a little bit of time making up characters, would like to see this website moving again. More roleplayers, more characters with roleplayers behind them, more activity, and perhaps a new minor D&D aspect to our RPing method. With effort, we will get there. We were there before, and we will be there again. And this time we'll wait a while before trying out a site-wide plot that pulls everyone away from their own site stories and makes a big tangled mess (I'll be honest, I fully accept the blame for that one. Not a well thought out idea.) I hope to see you, dear reader, more often as well. I hope you consider sticking around for the "revamping" of this website, because we have a lot of great (though not large) things planned.

I know I've been going in and out with my activity but I do plan on sticking around for a while still.

I know where I want my characters to be at least, and this I guess will be discussed in detail after the battle is over. I'm actually about to check now to see who's replied to my posts. X3

I also finally worked out how I can make posts on my phone so I'm pleased. :3

I'm looking forward to playing out new subplots for my characters. Nice fun little stuff. Little-ish stuff. Should be cool.
