The Outcasts Announcement

This is an Important Newsletter just to make a few announcements.
This is NOT anything persinal. These are the new rules and settings.
In this letter will include: Active and non-active, RPg dumping and spam.
These are the main topics.

Being active

I have noticed a LOT of inactive users lately. A handful of Users have been
deleted due to their constant in In-activeness. Its not fair on other users to
join and then disapear when you think best. So unless me OR Longstorm have
been Notified that you will be absent for a while after 30 days or less Your account
WILL be terminated. If you are a new user, have the decency to notify us
that you don't understand how to play and so you are leaving. It is dearly appreciated.

If you are active you will eventually be rewarded. There is now a competition so at the
end of every month the top 5 posters will have a drawing or picture of a requested cat.


Pointless Questions

From now on. You can only do one sentence posts in the off topic sector.
If you want to ask a question then you OOC and then IC an post then that
is allowed. Posts are pointless if there is no effort. ALSO the person with the
best punctuation may also be rewarded. Some questions will not be answered;
Such as:
"Can I be admin too?"
"Can I be a moderator?"
"Can I have your cat?"
"How do you post?"
ETC... please, use your head.

Reason's for account deletion

Here are the main reasons for account deletion:
1) Arguing or swearing at an Admin
2) Arguing or Swearing at an Moderator
3) Arguing or Swearing at an User
4) Swearing or "trash" talking
5) Causing constant trouble for Any user
6) Posting harmful images and/or videos
7) Being unfair and unreasonable (repeatably)
Name calling
9) Breaking the rules (repeatably)
10) Losing too much karma (see karma bellow)
11) Breaking these rules
12) Doing something I have not mentiond above that deserves account deletion.

The only way you can break rule: 1,2 & 3 (without swearing) Is in the flaming section.
If somebody has flamed about you in the flaming section you cannot say anything and
cannot take it in as an offense. If you want to fight do it in a PM because I don't want to
see it... I will NEVER allow swearing though words suck as: Damn, frickind, crap or hell
are permitted. NO SWEARING IS ADVISED!!!

Dumping your rpg cat!

If you make an RPG cat. Then you have just expressed something of your imagination.
Its like having a real cat. That is something of you. OR having a brain (presumably you
have one?) and cutting away part of your imagination. It also does not affect the fact you
are cutting up your brain... it affects the other USERS, especially if that they started a topic
with you and the cat withing question. How does this look?:

Admin: monday 12:30 pm

Joy had plopped Bramblekit down but Tiger hadn't taken his chance and Joy was instantly rushed upon by Flowerfur. She felt her already injured leg fall hot and sticky with blood. The weight of the fat queen winded her and the crack upon one's head was far too much for 7 months of life.
Joy taken by surprise was blown but luckily was swung a little way away.

This wasn't good but she caught her stance. "Time to put some of your training into use, father!" She cried as she took the stance of the "crawling leopard", Flowerfur ,who was bolting full speed towards Joy, doubled over and bowled feeling the crack of sticks. Shakily the queen stood and leaped at Joy, Bone had done this before, Joy ducked though unsheafed claws ranged her back she left an outstretched claw tare at underbelly. Flowerfur yowled in terror looked around to flee.
"MY KITS????" she yowled in desperate plea.
Joy forced her self upon the queen and crushed down upon the back of her neck. This would be slow. Flowerfur reared and stubled back and back and back until both trembled upon a frozen over pond, to which the two had stumbled upon in desperate battle.
A crack, a cry, a curse and both were gone...

Longstorm monday 12:37 pm

Tiger looked at the hole in the pond, then to the two kits. He put Tigerkit with the other one, then creeped up to the gaping hole. Small bubbles showed up here and there, then ceased.
He cursed, yowling to the sky - he needed those teeth! With another long curse, he leaped into the freezing pond, using all of his muscle to swim after the queen-rat. On his way down, he saw the Servant, but paid no mind to her. He needed that queen! Spotting her (she was flailing, but slowing), he grabbed her with his sharp teeth, and began to attempt to yank her with him to the surface of the pond.
OOC: Obviously, it's a struggle - but let's say the pond isn't that deep, eh?
IC: It was hard for the Choosing to reach the top - he had to let go now and then so he could go up for air - but he got himself and the queen to the top. Nearly exhausted, he scrambled to the top of the ice, dragging the she-cat with him. He wildly glanced at the kits - they were still there, praise Those Above! He looked down at the rat-queen at his paws, and unsheathed his claws. It didn't look like she was breathing anyways.
OOC: SHe gonna die here?

In the pond Joys body trembled with the effort of getting away. Her back leg was tangled and she
cried out, even though it was only a murmur of sound, "Switch, Bone, Tiger!" She begged in silence to
those above that one of the adults were near to help, would they?

That never happened but as you can see it leaves it on a cliff hanger and some people hate cliff hangers.
Forgetting a cat loses you karma which will get your account deleted. If you don't want t play a cat anymore
put it up for adoption! or else you will lose Karma, and lose your account and the cat!!! so any dumping will anger me. You are allowed four days between rping your cat.


KARMA
Karma will be the new warning system. You ALL start with 5 karma. lose all your karma and you lose your account. reasons for losing karma:
-Breaking rules
-Swearing or abusing other users
-bullying
-anything I have not mentioned above that deserves to be there.
