Looking for the lost

It was sun rise. The birds were singing, which was unusual. They were usually quite.
Switchblade looked up. "Where?" He said to himself. Quitly studying some trail. Looking past the heather. "COLD!?" He called, There was no answer. Of course, he keeps to himself... "JOY!?" still no answer.

The mud was reasonably wet here and it felt mushy where the snow had melted.
A warm breeze bristled through his fur. He looked around. "What do you want?"
Moanfang padded out, his tail high.
"You know... I'm not giing you false hope because it would only make it worse when you do actually find out..."
"What are you talking about?"
"Oh dear, lost track already?" sneered Moanfang "Your Joy and your Choosing."

[Runfast]

Sinface soundlessly slid out of the heather bushes, his flint-like blue eyes made even more eerie by his emotionless expression. He had been searching for his own Choosing, Dark.

With him was his brother, Loveless. He had been helping since he was looking for Joyless as well.

The two calmly looked from Moanfang to Switchblade. Sinface mewed,
"Problem?"

OOC: Hey, Loki? I remember when I mentioned the fact that Loveless and Sinface were brothers, and you said you thought no one knew? Well, actually, some of the cats of Abyssclan know, but they ignore the fact.

[Loki]

Moanfang turned his head away as if all his fun had slipped away.
"Not at all! I was just talking to my good buddy Switchy here," he
Smiled at Switchblade. "No problem at all. I was just talking about
me unfortunately having to get rid of the servant he favors.

OOC: He's lying but he's not making it obvious

"What?" Switchblade murmured.
"I saw That silver she-cat... talking with a stranger from a different tom, So I thought
of the trechory involved and... I couldn't allow that could I?"

Switchblade blinked his pelt bristling...
"Your implying that you killed... Joy?"
"...less?" Moanfang clacked his front claws, "Yes I think thats the one..."

OOC: He's lying cos' he likes to see others hurt mentally revealed later...

[Runfast]

Sinface didn't blink.
"Well, then. Woebringer, our great second-in-command, won't be too happy about that. Oh, Servant; didn't you hear someone say he was due back today?" Sinface looked at his brother.

Loveless nodded.
"Yes, great Warrior. I heard it from Shadowstar himself."

Sinface looked back at Moanfang, still emotionless.
"You know, of course, that the Servant in question was chosen by Woebringer himself, for himself. Pity." Sinface slowly and luxuriously began to walk off, Loveless following just as relaxed (minus the deformed leg).

OOC: Nice... I think I'm learning to hate him!
Oh - SF is just getting under Moanfang's skin... I guess no one likes him...

[Loki]

Switchblade, feeling pain well up in him on the inside. Turned to join them though he whispered, "If Woebringer does not... I'll kill you my self, I'll do it in the most disgustung paiful way ever." He padded forward his head high, he HAD to go back and try to contact Those Above, Was this tom playing with his mind?

Switchblade couldn't relax, he just joined Sinface and Loveless.

Moanfang sat there licking his paw.

OOC: He has:

OOC: Yeah, wow... This cat is just not having the best day... lols

Loveless cast a glance Switchblade's way but kept walking with his brother.

When they were out of earshot and eyesight, Sinface's expression broke into a concerned look. As they walked he mewed to Switchblade,
"No sign of them?"

[Loki]

"Nothing..." Switchblade nearly cracked, he took a deep breathe, "I searched the whole of the territory next to Tawnyclan and in the middle of our Territory, I would guess that the night patrol would have seen something on the other side..." He looked down, "I don't know whether we should assume the worst."
He paused for a moment, "I'll guess that our choosings and Scorchpoint were attacked by Mudbloodclan. Perhaps their making a statement... But he said My choosing hadn't deserved to live... so maybe Moanfang took Cold, Dark saw and Scorchpoint and perhaps they too..."
He looked straight ahead.

[Runfast]

"Ah, I doubt Moanfang had anything to do with it. He's attached to this Clan and wouldn't do anything to risk losing his place here." Sinface scented the wind and sighed. "Cold and Dark leaving on some Choosing adventure, I can understand that. Joyless... Well, she has every reason to want to sneak off..." Sinface looked at a clump of trees. "But Scorchpoint, a senior Warrior who doesn't speak... That's what doesn't add up. Especially the fact that all four left at the same time."

Loveless looked at his brother and mewed,
"You say 'left' like they went by their own choice with some... I don't know, common purpose?"

"That's the only way it would all make sense," Sinface explained, and Loveless nodded. Sinface mewed to Switchblade,
"So what, besides Mudbloodclan, would draw away these four random cats?"

[Loki]

"Knowing Joy..less She probably was thinking about..." No he couldn't say that... "Something Important. Cold's too... easy going to have an adventure. Perhaps they didn't go at the same time, no body reported it till today, but... I don't know, If Joyless... noy she wouldn't sneak off...
Perhaps its all a coincidense? I won't know until... I know." He padded on.

OOC: shalt we arrive at camp dearest?

[Runfast]

OOC: But of course, milady.

IC: Sinface shook his head.
"We're missing something... We have to be..."

Loveless nodded and followed the Warriors.
