Grimclaw limped up to the Old Willow and sat back staring up at it then at his sprained paw and nodded to another warrior. "Hey could you get Daystar for me?" The other cat looked at Grimclaws paw and nodded climbing the Willow to the entrance and talked into it. "Daystar, Grimclaw is outside to give his report his paw looks sprained." The cat jumped down before trotting off leaving Grimclaw to wait for his Leader.

"What happened?I told them to stay away from him!Now one of our best cats are injured?!"snapped Daystar.He immediatly calmed down and sighed."What happened?"he asked.

Grimclaw bowed his head in respect to his leader. "Oakclaw, Firepelt and I went North like I planned, We started at the Northern border and separated me to go East them west and meet up at the Southern border and to trot back north through the center where a known set was to be, i had planned to scare the cubs and rush them out of our territory and the parents would follow and we would know if they cross back in, However Oakclaw and Firepelt decided to attack a full grown Male badger on there own instead of waiting for sufficient force! they got a few scratches and in it's rage charged and knocked me into a snowbank and now it will be protecting that set and in all honesty I don't think we have the force to take on two full grown badgers and there cubs who have grown quite big themselves." Grimclaw grimaced as he tried to put weight on his sprained paw. "And as you can see my token for coming to there aid"

"Bring them both to me,"mewed Daystar,"We will see their punishment.Go to jayleaf."

Grimclaw laid a tail on Daystars shoulder. "Hey they were just trying to be loyal to the clan there just over eager and head strong, Huh seems that skipped me and went to them and I have already seen Jayleaf, He told me to stay off of it for a bit and in a day or so I should be back to my spring old self." Grimclaw turned to leave and looked over his shoulder. "Your a fine leader Daystar never doubt that just a little patience and Oakclaw and Firepelt will be great warriors but if you need to punish them for it there at the Medicine den." Grimclaw limped off to a snow pile to dip his paw and relax.

"I have to talk to them,"mewed Daystar,"they almost killed you!I can't let them get away with it.Did you see any other cat,by any chance?"he asked..

Grimclaw looked up at Daystar his sharp eyes staring into his leader. "No Daystar I didn't see any other cats and if I did they would have been in my report and chased out so no Sir I didn't." Grimclaw sighed as the cool effects of the snowbank helped the swelling.

Daystar sighed.That dream had the same situation,but he was therethought Daystar.

Grimclaw looked up at Daystar tilting his head a worried look in his eyes. "Daystar are you ok, You don't really belive in that ghost do you? Besides no other clan wants to bring us down and no one has sighted a cat maybe it was just your tired eyes playing tricks on you." Grimclaw smiled taking out his paw and adding pressure. "Ah that's better doesn't hurt as much."

Grimclaw sighed looking at Daystar. "You saw a cat Daystar that's all and you have to accept it was just a cat, Striker has no ghost floating around that one is gone now maybe you should see the Medicine cats because you don't look like you been sleeping well...If it will help I will take a full patrol later on and scour our entire Territory for Striker."
