Mosskit (Swifts sister),sunkit and wolfkit (adoptables)

Nightail had given kit in the night and curved into her belly were three kits.
one was a calico, a dark bluey grey and a bright honey pelted tom.
She nuzzled one and tiredly looked around waiting for Glaciercloud to check
them.

"Hey Wolfkit,"murmured Sunkit,quietly,"Wanna go to Lokistar's den?"


OOC:Wait,are the kits old enough to speak?If not,then scratch my post.

OOC: they all can be 2 months old...

Nightail cuffed Sunkit.
"You wont be doing such a thing, She is having an important meeting with the senior warriors!"

She put her head on her paws drowsily...

"You weren't supposed to hear that,"commented Sunkit,"can you mind your own busness?"

"Cheeky might!" Nightail mewed picking her son up by the scruff. "You need a bath anyway.."
She rasped her tongue across his head,Spiking his head fur up.

"Mother!Stop it!You're doing it wrong!"mewed Sunkit, franticly trying to get away.His paws weren't helping,so he gave up.

Nightail uttered a laugh and kept going till he sparkled.
"Anyone would think I was killing you," She sighed letting him go.
Her ears flicked as Solarstorm padded in. "Freshkill?" He mewed letting go
of his rabbit and mouse. Seeing his kits he tossed the mouse in the air,
"OH NO! Its escaping quick Sunkit catch it!" he purred as he padded up to
Nightail. "Enjoying yourself?" He mewed licking her ear.
"Of course, I'm only stuck in here!"
"Is it too cold?"
"No its boring without another cat, And Lokistar would like you to go meet her in that meeting."
"She'll understand."
"I wonder if She will have kits this new-leaf?"
"I doubt that if she hasn't got a mate."
"Oh yes, I keep thinking of Dayriser to be Flightfur..."
"I see..."

Sunkit leapt at the mouse Solarstorm tossed,and stopped to listen to his mother and father talking.Dayriser to be Flightfur?What does that mean?He moved closer to get a look.

[Loki]

"Yes but it was Tawnystar who ruled that she-cat leaders should be allowed kits previded they do their leading before anything." Nightail went on...
"I know, But whats your point?" Solarstorm mewed.
"Well If she doesnt have kits soon she'll have no cat to look after them..."
"She will be fine, Maybe she doesn't want them?"
"Don't be foolish you saw how angry she was when Tawneystar did not say that before..."
"I know."
"It goes against instinct!"
"Maybe Tigerflame?"
"Too young!"
"I don't know..."
"I saw her sharing tongues with Ashfall..."
"Really?" Nightail mewed...
"Yes its a good match.."
"Especially when days of attack are so far away..."
Nightail looked happy now. "Its a shame for her... Losing Dayriser..."
"Yes but that is past... Lokistar is fattening well and new kits mean everything..."

Lokistar's expecting? thought Sunkit."That's absurd!"he hissed aloud.Maybe too loud.....

[Loki]

"Whats absurd Sunkit?" Nightail mewed, "Does the mouse not taste nice?"

"It's ummmnn,okay."mewed Sunkit.He tried to sound content,not to sound confused of what he just heard.He ran into the nursery,and tried to prod Wolfkit up.

Mosskit watched as the two talked.

[Loki]

Wolfkit yawned and looked at Sunkit with angry eyes.
"And what do you want now?" he growled at him...

"I heard Nightail talking and she said that Lokistar's expecting,"mewed Sunkit,"I don't get what she meant,but I think Dayriser likes her!Isn't that wierd?"

[Loki]

"If you listened_" there was a short pause, "then you would know Dayriser is her son."
He sat up, "And if you tried to learn! You would know when the warriors say 'expecting', that it means
they might be having kits or something to do with kits..."
Wolfkit rolled his eyes...

OOC:I love making kits ignorant of warrior conversations!It's pretty fun!

IC:Sunkit's eyes flared up,"What!Not possible!And I didn't know that that's what excpecting means.WAIT!How do you what they were talking about?"

Wolfkit sighed, "Because I listened to them, without opening my mouth!"

"Why are you so grumpy?Did you find out that that rat I gave you was crowfood?"Sunkit asked,"Wait,I take that back!"

Wolfkit gave a playfull hiss and leaped at hiss brother aimlessly. "Why do you care anyway?" he mewed as they tussled...

Sunkit took his paw and pushed Wolfkit's muzzle away."I'm kind of afraid you'll tell mother."

[Loki]

wolfkit jumped off. "I am your brother I wouldn't do that!"

Sunkit backed off,trying to fool Wolfkit into thinking he was done playing,then he leapt at him."It's seems like something you would do.By the way,let's go see what Dayriser is doing.It'll be fun!"

"You don't know me well enough," Wolfkit mewed, "Okay then."
