ANSWER:

Blood is Blood; Multiple meaning: Sin if Scourge/Sinface is Shadowstar's son, and heir of AbyssClan, as is Loveless. Bloodclaw meant to betray the Rebellion. AbyssClan is becoming more like BloodClan. Sinface spilt his blood's blood.
Shadows run red; The Bloodmoon signaled the acceptance of a new King. Shadowstar's pelt ran red.
A vow is death; INCOMPLETE
When Death is lead; INCOMPLETE

I am sensing SUCH a correlation between DewClan and AbyssClan prophecies... what the hell...
Weeeelll... (dewclan cats come from the city, abyssclan cats do too... okay...)

But REALLY:

"When death is lead and a vow turned to dread, follow you hearts and help a battle you fled." Vow is death, death is lead - death is lead, vow is dread... COME ON.
