Personality: A somewhat quiet, but intelligent, friendly tom. He mainly listens during meetings, but when he has something to say everyone listens since it's bound to be good. He likes going out into the City and meeting new cats. He's friends with many cats outside of Cityclan, and sometimes he offers other cats a place in Cityclan - most cats in the City have Cityclan blood anyways, so why not?

History: Born into Cityclan, it's rumored that Loop might be a Descendant, which he always denies, saying he knows his History.
