⚫RE-CLOSED Coming Home From the Gathering

[Longstorm]

OOC: What happens is this: Joy and Loveless talk about the Gathering, and Joy thinks about the strange Tawnyclan tom that she met. Joy receives a vision from Those Above, and talks about it to Loveless, who is amazed, and believes just a little more in the idea of Freedom. It seems that Searingeyes and the other Powerfuls have heard of this Prophecy before, and he wonders what is going to happen, and why the Prophecy has resurfaced now of all times.
It would appear that one of the Dark Toms is interested in what the Servants talk about all the time, as is Sinface, brother to Loveless.

IC: Searingeyes, Powerful of Abyssclan, was leading the Gathering Party home from the Gathering. The Gathering had gone... well. Tawnyclan sticking their noses into what wasn't their business, and Darkclan being as secretive as ever.
A fight had nearly broken out, but Searingeyes had put a stop to it.

OOC: Does anyone remember what prophecy Joy got?

[Loki]

OOC: Blood is blood as shadows run red,A Vow is death, when death is led

[Longstorm]

OOC: Brilliant.

OOC: Man it feels so weird to come back and do this...

Loveless was padding alongside Joyless... Joy, he thought to himself. He had to get used to that. Loveless looked up at the full moon, wondering if Those Above were really above him.
He looked at Joy then mewed,
"So... The Gathering was.. Interesting?"


Sinface, Warrior of Abyssclan, was near the head of the line, near Searingeyes. He kept his eyes low to be respectful to the Powerful. Sinface found himself deep in thought, thinking about the fight that had almost broken out.

[Loki]

"It was weird..." Joy mewed with a skip in her stride with her injured back leg. (it was just about noticable then). She looked up into the stars, I don't think I can live like the last cat to be worried about..." She found her self staring deep into the beginning. "Their so... lonely..."

(Snarlgag was on the gathering weren't he, so I would guess Switch would be because he's his choosing...)
Switch was near the back. He hated his mentor, Someone he could not speak to. He listened carefully to the servants perhaps they were more friendly, No not friendly perhaps they could have a more decent conversation then Snarlgag and Viletongue talking about killing kits or something...

[Runfast]

OOC: Snarlgag and company don't kill kits. Though they have no pity for those outside of their clans, they're not completely heartless. And I though the Switch's Choosing was dead?

And what the heck is Joy saying? I'm sorry, but I don't understand.

[Loki]

She was talking about the stars... Zoning out....

and Switch is Snarlgags choosing...

OOC: The way I remember, Joy was thinking about Tigerflame...? I'm gonna go back and read the Gathering.

[Loki]

OOC:Joy thinks about a lot of things...

IC:
Joy padded quicker as they realised they were lagging. She saw the fiery pelt of Tigerflame in the bushes. He was watching them a listless look on his face as they left. She looked away a little annoyed. She was an Abbysclan cat, even though she was longing for a... gentler touch in life....

[Runfast]

OOC: Sorry, I must sound real bratty.

IC: Loveless looked at her then mewed,
"You okay?" He glanced up at the stars for some reason unknown to him.

[Loki]

OOC: shall I repeat the vision or?

IC:
Joy jumped out of the stars gaze and looked at Loveless. "Yeah, i GUESS SO....!

[Longstorm]

OOC: Please do... Lord knows what went on in the topic before... Whatever it was it went on after the vision.

IC: Searingeyes glanced around, listening to the borders that were nearby - Dewclan and Tawnyclan's, to be exact.

[Loki]

OOC: Got you...

IC:
Joy felt a little tremble. She shook her head and the world seemed to 'shake' into place. "Fine," She mewed, "Those above shook the fores_" Before she could finish she collapsed and her paws outsretched as Icy claws dragged her into a void unkown to all but one of the cats in this little group home.

Vision:
Claws outstretched and rearing as trees roared their pain as fire blazes. Cats un-seen yowling their terror and pain while cats of hatred , cruelty and darkness yowled their approval.
Three cats stood in a stalkers position and leaped, only to be cut down, they struggled to their feet and bumped into eachover mindlessly. They began to gain balance and stood straight and a misty saphire blaze of shapes seemed to hover above them. They leaped at the darkness and scarlet, sticky blood splattered every where. Joy looked around covered in the blood herself as a black cat, white front paw and collar stood in front of her. It looked up its controlling gaze starteling her as its high pitched yowl came: "Blood is blood as shadows run red,A Vow is death, when death is led!"

OOC: oh the terror!!!

[Runfast]

OOC: Oh baby we're back in it! Uh, I mean (manly voice) I'm glad we're back in it.

IC: Loveless looked to the front of the line, making sure no one saw Joy fall, then he nudged her and whispered (concern heavy in his voice),
"Are you alright? What's happened!"

[Loki]

OOC: ROFL!!!! HAHAHAHAHHA *dies* (I die after like 70 years IRL becuz i aint dead yet)

IC:
Joy gripped the earth with her claws and tried to make sense of the spinning,of the cries of pain, of the death,of the cold laugher of darkness. "How horrible!" She mewed a little loudly though she tried to over whelm that horrible screechy voice. She gave a quick summary of the dream to Loveless and repeated the words of the cat who stood before her," Blood is blood as shadows run red,A Vow is death, when death is led!"

[Runfast]

Loveless looked at his den-mate in awe.
(OOC: "Awww..." "I said AWE. A-W-E." "Ooooh!" "That's better.")
"That's... it's... A vision from Those Above?" He looked up at the stars again. Maybe his ancestors were watching.

[Loki]

Joy looked up shakily.

In those Above: (I should do this in "Those above" category but I iz too lazy!)
Bone twisted away ,angrily. Being Scourge's best friend he was the only one aloud to be so... disruptive. "A KIT!" He spat angrily, "She is just a kit and you showed her that!"
Brick looked away, "It was to be done," she mewed quitely.
"NOT LIKE THAT!" He roared.

[Longstorm]

OOC: Eventually, it'll be done in the 'Those Above' bit... lols.

IC: From the shadows mewed a high-pitched voice:
"I allowed it, Bone. Be at peace."

OOC: No more from Those Above here.

Searingeyes, at the front of the group, blinked in surprise - or shock. He'd seen what Joy had seen. In fact, he'd heard the Prophecy before. He looked up at the sky and silently cried,
Oh, Those Above, why now? Why would the prophecy resurface now?

[Runfast]

Loveless whispered,
"They really are... real..." He looked at Joy, amazed by what just happened.

[Loki]

"Do you think they agree with the way Abbysclan works?" Joy mewed getting up and padding weakly on.

[Runfast]

LOveless thought about that question for a long moment then mewed (quite carefully),
"I... I'm not sure... I mean, they're the ones who told Scourge to change... I've always thought that they left when Scrap took over, or they just changed their minds..." He half-smiled and shrugged. "I don't know. But they wouldn't have sent you a sign if they didn't like something about you, Joy."

[Loki]

Joy purred and looked happily into Loveless' eyes.
He used her real name, JOY! She looked at her paws.
"I saw three cats... They attacked a cat full of darkness."
she looked up, "I think something good will come of this."

[Longstorm]

Searingeyes, he who had been listening in just a bit, wondered if that would be true or not.

[Loki]

"if you think about it," Joy carried on, "I think if given the choice most cats would stay servant. I know I wouldn't but for some it will seem easy, why sheaf your claws when an enemy tresspasses and let a different cat do it because of their agenda (big word small cat). I think its stupid, Why would you be so as to blind to not see that? If they were to live with their heads on the floor following a cat that they are equal to, they would not last long... I could kill prey like the toms, I could learn and attack like hem too. But thats not all, Imagine if we got out the servants. Abbysclan would have a legion of fight worthy cats, unstoppable, unbeatable." She felt powerful saying this as if she could see it.
