Deletion of Closed Topics Fiasco

Now, all of you are aware that many closed topics were deleted. We all know that this was an accident, but it was one that could have been avoided.
Now, to prevent something like this from happening again we have created a Closed Topic Board for each clan.

Clan Leaders (aka, Board Moderators), you will find this board in Plots, Updates, and Closed Topics. All you have to do is move the Closed Topic to the board, and you won't have to worry about holes in your plot, or Closed Topics getting in the way ever again (and I know some of you just hate closed topics spamming up your boards).

Now, for those of you who are upset at losing any particular topic, here's what you do:

1: Find everyone who posted in that topic.

2: Figure out what went on in that topic.

3: Re-create the topic.
3a: The beginning of the title of the topic should be, 'RE-OPENED'.
3b: The description should be, 'Replacing the topic that was deleted'.
3c: Make a starter post. If you weren't the first poster in the original, make a OOC Only Post - yes, we'll allow this. The OOC should talk about what went on in the original, from beginning to end.

4: When the topic is complete, change the title to 'RE-CLOSED' and it will be moved to the Closed Topic board for that specific clan, where you can go back and read it whenever you please.
