CLOSED Heading to the Gathering

[Longstorm]

Thornstar, leader of Darkclan, was leading some of his warriors and such to the Gathering.
Why he was going, he didn't know, but it seemed right at the time. He looked up at the sky - the sun was setting, and he knew that the moon would be rising in a while.

Blueblossom, Thornstar's mate, was padding a little ways behind him. She didn;t want to stand next to Thornstar, for fear of catching what he had. Oddly enough, the scent of sickness seemed to be fading, but the symptoms only got worse.
Blueblossom glanced back at Blackpaw - he had decided to come when his brother didn't.

smokepelt a senior warrior of darkclan padded at the back of the group wondering why thornstar was so angry

Longflight, a senior warrior, was near Smokepelt.
"Hey," he mewed to him - no one had really been talking much lately.

"So, um..." Longflight thought about any form of converstation, but had nothing really important to say... Or anything light-hearted, for that matter!
"I mean..." He sighed. "What do you think of all of this?"

Longflight shrugged, looking clueless.
"I don;t know... A fever? Perhaps a devastating injury to the head?" He sighed. "Only Starclan knows... Well, Starclan and maybe Silverfur." He looked up at the line at the patched Warrior.
"He knows. I'm sure of it."

Longflight shook his head.
"No, no - whatever Thornstar has... Well, Silverfur acts like it's a secret from Starclan..."

oh well i wonder what the gathering has in store

From the front, Thornstar yowled,
"Silence!" No cat would dare speak for the remainder of the trip.
