Closer to Tawnyclan

Raven and Flight were continuing their little quest, the search for a cat who knew not of the ways of the Clans.

Rain wandered after the strange cats wondering where they were going.

[Longstorm]

Raven stopped in her walking. "Let's take break," she mewed abruptly, sitting to lick her paws.
Flight hated how sudden the she-cat could be as well as harsh, but for once, he was glad to hear her opinion. "I agree," he mewed tiredly, sitting near her. He sniffed the air harshly, trying to make heads or tails of all of the strange scents that seemed to be everywhere. "I can't believe any cat could stand living in this sort of place..."
Raven looked at the tom in mild amusement. "Do you think Abyssclan territory is like a miniature version of the City?"
The black and white tom flushed. "No - No! Of course not... but, I just..." He looked around the forest, missing the clear scents of the City.
Raven mewed, "I know."
Flight looked at her. "Weren't you born around here?"
The calico and white she-cat paused. "...Yes. Yes I was."
"So that's why you're so calm!"
Raven nodded. "Most likely - either you're born into the forest or it takes you forever to get used to it. That's why Abyssclan and Cityclan made the agreement to sometimes swap kits. Have City cats who understand the forest and forest cats who understand the City."
Flight nodded. "So... you know forest battle moves?"
Raven gave him a side-longed glance. "Not exactly - but I do know how to hunt, how to find a good place to sleep, how to scent predators... and," she mewed loudly, "I know when I'm being followed."
Flight looked confused - then a spark of understanding flared in his blue eyes. He wildly looked around, wondering where this cat was - or was it a dog? A deer? ... or was Raven messing with him?
The tom stood, casting a suspicious glance at the she-cat.

[Gast]

Rain padded out of the brush. "Why are you here?" he asked curiously.

[Longstorm]

OOC: ok no problem

OOC: Sorry guys/gals for interrupting, is it okay if you kill my cat Icefeather here? She's going mad *lack of usage* and needs to get out of her misery, I could even let her beg to kill her. I have no use for her. Not any fun without Sassy and Rivermask to use her now...

IC: Trailing about a tree-length afar, Icefeather's legs felt as if they were broken now, I'm wandering in circles! oh how fun! she murmured, digging her claws in to maintain balance. She'd hadn't eaten in a moonrise and didn't feel any pain in her pads now, or they were just swollen so much from walking that she didn't notice. When a strange growl flowed into her ear, it seemed like she had fainted onto the ground and only a few things grew clear to her.
She took a deep breath, unfamiliar scents flowing into her snout. She curled her lips and stood back up, feeling considerably better then before, and softly padded in the direction of the scent.

[Longstorm]

Raven looked at the new tom, giving him a once-over before mewing, "Why are you here? Did you lose your way from your Clan?"
Flight glanced from Raven to the tom - he didn't look like a Clan cat... Ahh - she's seeing how much he knows about the Clans without saying we're from one...
Raven sniffed once - though she wasn't looking, someone else was coming.

[Gast]

"I don't have a clan ,but I live close to them and watch them." He said, "I can tell you about how they live and things."

[Longstorm]

Raven and Flight exchanged a look. Not the cat we're looking for... Raven looked back at the cat and mewed cooly, "No, thanks - and what we're here for is our own business."
She stood and padded off, and Flight, taking one last, long look at the first cat they'd met in the forest, followd her away.
"Pity," Flight murmured to her when he'd caught up. Raven nodded shortly.

OOC: so does that mean I wont get the part?

Not being careful of her footing, Icefeather could clearly hear the voices now, their scents flowing into her snout easily from an updraft. They from the mountains? No, no tribe scent. The clans? What the hell Am I thinking!
As if it was like a mud slide, the ground under her broke apart and feel into the clearing they were in.

[Longstorm]

OOC: Sure you will - but your cat, in reality, should know very little of the Clans - that's what the Cityclanners are looking for.

IC: Raven paused, scenting that the strange cat was even closer.

[Gast]

OOC: oh... so does he follow them or find them later I can't decide lol

OOC: The strange cat is RIGHT BEHIND THEM, XD

IC: Icefeather's whole back bristled as she stood upright. It seemed they didn't notice her.

[Gast]

OOC: sorry!

IC: Rain suddenly whirled around why are you here?!" he hissed.

[NKninja]

" I would ask the same to you!" she purred, her eye twitching ever so slightly to the unknown rogues. I'll skin all their hides! Then who will be the lion?! WHO!

OOC:

[Longstorm]

Raven looked at the strange cat, Flight jumping a mile high. "UGGGH, WHOAREYOU," he yowled.
Raven slowly looked over at him, paused, and rolled her eyes. She looked back to the crazy cat, took a step back, and mewed, "I don't think this cat knows..."

[Gast]

"I live here!" Rain hissed. "Whats with all the strange cats around here?" he thought.

[Longstorm]

Raven watched the cat they'd met earlier then the crazy cat that had just appeared - are they working together? Is this some trap set up by Satin? Does he know?

[NKninja]

"Me... Umm... Frost? No!- Ice? No! Feath- ICEFEATHER! YES" She said to herself, humming her own achievement as well to herself. " I'm sorry, I had thought this was Frost forest! I was mislead by the pack of rogues!"

[Longstorm]

Raven ear's flicked uncertainly. She'd never heard of these 'Frost Forests' as she'd never gone any further than this forest and the City. "...Lead astray?"

[NKninja]

" Yes.. No.. Umm.. well, it's true!" she had admitted, etching forward slowly for a moment, then paused as she sneezed loudly, giving her headache a throbbing pain. Just from the pain, she had to almost close her eyes just from how unbearable the light made it.

[Gast]

"Are you okay?" Rain asked cautiously.

[Longstorm]

Flight didn't like this strange she-cat. Since he was closer to Rain, he murmured, "If she does anything, use your fancy Clan moves on her, would you?"

OOC: Again, looking for a cat who knows little of the Clans...

Raven's ears flicked in annoyance. "Tell us your business, Icefeather," she mewed firmly. "Or be on your way."
