Sorry for freaking out, but I'm really scared! For the past few days I've been having bad breathlessness and just couldn't breathe right. Then today a friend told me she suspected I had it and when I went online to research, I matched all the symptoms! HEEELLLPPP!!!!
Okay, the thing says it's iron-deficiency so I just have to eat more iron. But what if I suddenly just stop breathing before it's gone? Yes, still freaking out.
Anyone got good recipes for food high in iron? Because me eating iron supplements everyday isn't very pretty.

I know this sounds weird, but eggplant is very high in iron (and it just so happens that I like eggplant)

Sometimes my mom has that kind of symptom, too. Especially when she drinks something chocolate-y in the morning or when she goes to sleep too late. Maybe anemia runs in the family. (Hey, cancer runs in my family.... *suddenly screams, near tears* I DON'T WANT TO GET CANCER JUST BECAUSE MY GRANDMA HAS IT!!)

Anemia is not the only thing that exhibits these symptoms, so please, let's begin the process of elimination.
