Murder help?

I have to do a presentation of Friday to do with capital punishment and why it SHOULD be placed in my country, (I wasn't given a choice as I wagged half the lesson Sad

but I ain't bothered...)
The only murders I can think of at the moments in Jon Venables and Robert Thomson ones... anyone know any murders where the murderer got away with a second chance and did something bad when they got out in the uk?

Preferably in the times between 1960-2011?

I can think of plenty of times in the us..... But not uk. Ouch. I'll edit if i find any.
