TLC please?

All my dads done today is put me down.
yesterday after all the fighting we sat as a family
and he promised t stop putting me down and telling me to shut up.
It makes me want to smash something. My mom even thinks I have ADHD,
when she was taking the mick out of me when my friends came over, so I punched the door.
Has anyone watched supernanny? I'm, not one of thos brats always seeking attention and 5H!*
so why!?! I wish someone would adopt me someimes because they make promises they brake the nex day.
Then when you try and be open for them they smash ur face in.
Do you feel like your trying to breathe out when your carers won't let you speak? I get that a LOT!
And when you want to hit something, you feel hot and shivers go down your spine as you try to calm down.
When your that angry and you punch the wall it doesn't hurt until your calm I get that angry, yet I don't swear... I don't punch or kick or anything bad... They pick on me and don't listen and when their being nice it lasts an hour before they want me to do something.
I love them to bits but I wish they would open their eyes and see I'm just a 13yr old
and I want space and a cool place to chill without them barging into my room. I
wish it wouldn't be so that I'm bored on my pony while all my friends are jumping and cantering round and I'm sitting here like some nauze!!!
My brother loves it when I'm upset. He's sixteen and I lent him some money spent it and when he had it ready to pay me back he got himself a game and sweets... He'll do anything to get me in trouble and They always believe him. I hate him sometimes. I lend him my savings and everything. Did I mention he has his own bank with enough to buy a brand new car etc
I'm not aloud one because I have my pony so I'm not aloud a car when I turn 17.
I get told of for not getting a job and he's sixteen and on the xbox and he doesnt?
I have to do the housework without a please and thank you. If he takes something out the fridge its bad If I do, its as if Bin laden survived and that was a hoax.
I know we all have our problems but is mine so hard to fix? I just want them to show me they
love me instead of sending me to my crappy room, (its a box room, I gave my big room to my brother so he had more space, did i get a thanks?) I would like some TLC!!!

Ouch, that's all no fair! I remember, the only feeling I get really is sasdness with things like this... My friends tell me that talking to the one who hurt me's the best way to deal with things... It never works for me and I wouldn't suggest it for you since it seems you've tried that tactic already. They're all being unfair to you... have you read Harry Potter? His story in a muggle home sounds just like this.

He's treated poorly despite how much he tries to do his best. I personally haven't read the book but I have watched the movies. (Well... some of them) During times like this, You'd no doubt feel like screaming to let it out, right? But you can't because your parents will want to know why... It won't help much.

If you have a friend who can keep a secret and you trust, it's always good to speak with them, it helps one let go of the trouble and escape from that world... Unfortunately, I don't have much to offer. I'm an epathiser, I feel what other's are feeling even if they're just acting.

I'm a terrible sympathizer/empathy person but I get it worse with animals so when it comes to animal cruelty I get depressed.
I get hot headed really easily and kick out a lot but I wouldn't go as far as ADHD. I ain't that bad I get into fights at skool (who don't) But I don't usually start them and I kick of bad when I'm agitated and lonely, i'm feeling agitated a bit...

Hey hey, calm down already! just try to bring out your feelings in writing, when I'm angry, I just sit down and talk to inanimate objects, okay that was a joke, but you can try writing down how u feel. Works with me.

I thought Loki made the point pretty clear that the fam. doesn't exactly listen.
But, it is good to talk to real people (as LS has pointed out to me one thousand times over), people you can trust to not relay everything you say to someone else. Man, that sort of trust is rare in these days...
