Avoiding Things CLOSED

[Longstorm]

Raven, calico she-cat and Flight, black and white tom, both cats from and Council members of Cityclan, were rushing home. They were leading a cat called 'Rain', a cat with no past Clan experiences, to their home to become someone of great importance.
Well, I say 'leading.' Raven was in the front, and Flight was straggling behind this Rain character.
Raven wasn't slowing for anything.
They'd recently entered the boundaries of the City, passing cars and people as they made their way into the alien labyrinth.
The three were running down an alley when Raven suddenly stopped dead and mewed, "Let's take a break."

Rain stopped and looked around at the strange things in the city. "Are we almost there?'' he asked.

(Ooooo idea! ANd don't worry, it won't hurt my feelings at all if you don't like it. X) Would you guys want me to temporarily -for this topic- RP a dog chasing you guys or whatever? Add a lil excitement?! huh huh huh? -wink wink nudge nudge.-

OOC: Go right ahead - it's Open, after all.

IC: Flight sighed as he licked a sore pad. He wasn't used to running around so much. "It can't be much further," he mewed a bit breathlessly to Rain.
Raven's ear flicked as she padded around the two toms in a wide circle, listening for anyone of anything. "Quiet," she hissed to her fellow Council member, "we're not in our territory yet."

Rain quieted down listening for anything that might be following them.

[Longstorm]

Flight's ears flicked irritably. "You're paranoid," he mewed, more at ease since they were so close to CityClan.
Raven didn't bother to turn and glare at the younger tom, just listening.

Not too far overhead, a small brown bird with a bright red breast was perched on the gutters of a building. He turned a white-ringed eye downwards, seeming to be looking at the three cats below.

"Can we get going now?" asked Rain.

[Longstorm]

Raven actually turned to look at the tom. "It's obvious your days spent in the Council Hall were ill-spent, Flight. This loner is making you look bad." Her whiskers twitched slightly in amusement then nodded - much to Flight's dismay. "Yes, we'll keep moving." She shook a paw and trotted south, her pace ever-quickening.
Flight groaned audibly and stood, taking off after the she-cat.

OOC: We should wait a bit for Seq, see if she'll do anything.

Rain ran after them,thinking what a council was. OOC: OK

OOC: I don't think she's going to do anything.

[Longstorm]

OOC: Poopy.

IC: Raven kept her pace, Flight lagging somewhat behind Rain.
They kept the same pace for another half-hour, and Flight relaxed visibly when they came into the area where CityClan was most commonly found.
"You see," he gasped to Rain as he ran. "The entire City is ours, but we usually stay in the middle areas."

OOC: There won't be much excitement here until later - I mean, the City 'here'.
